Offaly Schools Athletics 2024-2025

Durrow N.S are always delighted to compete and support the annual Offaly School Cross Country and Track and Field Championships. All pupils involved represents themselves, their class but most of all their school. Great team effort is showcased each year and all pupils put on a fantastic display by doing their best while cheered on by their team mates. 

Offaly Schools Cross Country Championships 2023

Durrow N.S had a strong contingent of pupils from 3rd to 6th class, who represented our school so well at the recent Offaly Cross Country Championships on 5th October in Tullamore Harriers.

We are extremely proud of the 32 pupils who braved the harsh weather conditions on the day. 

Individual Results: 

• We had numerous individual prize winners on the day in both boys and girls 

Team winners in their class race category: 

• 3rd Class boys team 

• 6th Class girls team

Overall team winners: 

• Durrow Boys won the overall boys team on the day

A tremendous effort from everyone involved and a huge team effort was witnessed on the day! Well done to all the boys and girls.
